Pack Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, stick it onto your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse inspects the chaos, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
